Privacy choices

Your data, your request paths

This page explains how to contact invAIte about access, correction, deletion, direct-marketing objections, non-user invitee requests, and other privacy questions. We may ask for identity verification before acting on a request.

Use this page if you want to:

  • request access to personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or outdated data;
  • object to direct marketing;
  • limit or question certain processing;
  • ask about non-user invitee data; or
  • raise a privacy or security concern.

Access and correction

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information.

  • Include the phone number or identifier tied to the request.
  • Tell us what data you believe is incorrect and why.

Delete an account

If you have an invAIte account, the fastest route is the in-app deletion flow. A public outside-app request path is also available.

  • Use the dedicated Delete Account page.
  • Do not send your OTP or PIN by email.

Object to marketing

You can object to direct marketing if we use your personal data for that purpose in a way that requires notice or choice under applicable law.

  • Operational, security, and service-critical messages may still be sent where necessary.

Non-user invitees

You do not need to have an invAIte account for us to hold limited data about you. Hosts or inviters may upload your name and phone number so they can invite you to an event, and web RSVP flows may use phone verification to confirm access.

  • You can ask us what invite-related data we hold about you.
  • You can request correction of wrong contact details.
  • You can ask us to stop further invitations where appropriate.
  • Some host records, invite history, moderation records, and legally required records may still need to be retained.

What we may ask you for

To protect users and prevent fraudulent requests, we may ask for identity verification before processing a privacy request. Depending on the request, this may include phone verification, a reply from the phone or email connected to the account, or enough detail to confirm you are the right person.

  • We generally aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
  • Some privacy requests may take longer if they involve complex event records, moderation history, or legal review.
  • We may retain limited data where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or event integrity.
