What is invAIte?
invAIte is a coming soon event planning and RSVP app for inviting guests, tracking responses, sending push updates, and coordinating event follow-up like threads, polls, gallery, and bills.
Can guests RSVP without the app?
Yes. invAIte supports invite-only web RSVP links so guests can reply from a browser before installing the app. Hosts still see those responses in the event flow.
Can invAIte replace RSVP tracking through inboxes or message threads?
invAIte is designed to move active RSVP tracking and reminders out of scattered chats, inboxes, and manual lists. Those channels may still exist in someone’s workflow, but the host should not need to count replies manually.
What makes invAIte AI-native?
AI is built into the event planning flow, not added as a separate chatbot. It helps hosts create event drafts, spot what needs attention, prepare reminders or updates, help guests catch up on changes, and translate event text. The goal is to help hosts stop chasing and help guests stop forgetting.
Does AI make decisions for hosts?
No. AI helps prepare drafts, briefings, translations, attention items, and reminder ideas. Hosts stay in control of invites, reminders, RSVPs, bills, and event changes.
Is invAIte available yet?
Not yet. invAIte is coming soon to iOS, Android, and AppGallery. Store links will be enabled when the app is ready. invAIte is launching first in Malaysia, with more regions planned later.
What does Premium include?
Premium is planned to include Planned events, 5 active events, 50 Planned guests, AI event drafts, host briefings, guest catch-up, AI Signals attention help, AI translation, polls, threads, co-hosts, plus-ones, bills, gallery, and custom invite notifications.
How much does invAIte Premium cost?
Premium is shown in Malaysia launch pricing at RM17.90/month or RM169/year. Store pricing may be localized by region, and prices may change during beta.
What is included in Free?
Free includes RM0 pricing, Quick events, 2 active events, 10 Quick guests per event, and simple RSVP tracking.
Does invAIte sell personal data?
No. invAIte does not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not use user or guest data as a revenue product. Data is used to provide and secure the event planning and RSVP service.
How does invAIte think about privacy?
invAIte is designed around phone-based identity, invite-only access, contact-aware guest visibility, and public request paths for privacy choices and account deletion. invAIte does not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not use user or guest data as a revenue product.
